Winter concert practices

Here is times, days and songs for each dance for winter concert!

Wednesday 2:30-3:15 : Mariah
Towers (sango remix) - Boniver

Wednesday 3:15-4: Riley

Thursday 2:30-3:15 : Taylor & Megan

Thursday 3:15-4 : Abbie, Karlie, Tyree
Life of the party (instrumental)

Saturday 8-9am: Dayton
Unsteady- X Ambassadors

Saturday 9-10am- Holly

Region concert

Hello everyone! So as you know Tuesday is going to be a busy day! So here is everything you need to know to survive!

Costumes
Hip hop: Warm ups (leggings instead of sweats)

Contemporary/ Matts: black leggings/ tan top. Boys: black t-shirts and black pants

Region: black dresses, Boys: tan pants and black tank
Boys: you need black under armour shorts for all dances

Hair and makeup.
We are doing a French braid into a straight ponytail. The ponytail needs to be about in the middle of your head.
You need fake eyelashes and red lipstick other than that normal make up!

Schedule
Here is just a layout of the day if you haven't read the email from Chelsea!

          715-745: Run/clean Region piece in Auditorium in costume ( boys she will bring yours girls you need to bring your dresses and shorts)
745-830am: Rest of Dance Co. Arrive in Auditorium.  Run all dances in Costume. Bring warm ups/sneakers/black tank or t-shirt/leggings.

830-9am: Turn in ticket money to finance office.

230-3:30pm: Meet in auditorium! Be ready to tech/run each piece.

330-5pm: Break (Officers need to stay and Welcome other schools and direct them to their dressing room/auditorium/aux gym/dance studio).

5pm: Roll Call in Girls Aux Gym.  Go out of your way to make friends with the other schools and welcome them!

5pm: Stacey & Vanessa tables

530-645pm: Master Class in Aux gym.  Wear WDC or Westlake Shirt/Dance Shorts/pants.

645-730pm: Quickly get ready! You are the first number!

730pm: Show starts!!! Hip Hop is the opener! 

930pm-Everyone must stay for final bow/clean up! Do not leave until you have been excused by Chelsea
Please stay professional and friendly , keep in mind all the stuff you need to bring, ( dance clothes, performance things, water, food, money from tickets and extra tickets)  Love you all and be prepared!
