TOMORROW is the LAST day for your $6. We will be heading to Devin's house right after the officer meeting. Vanessa, Devin's mom, has been kind enough to provide lunch for all of us so be sure to thank her!!

Assignment

WDC-

Hi guys, Please try to bring your $6 tomorrow. We need that ASAP. Chelsea is coming back tomorrow after school! Please be to class at 7:15 tomorrow morning. Our pieces are looking good, but we need that final push!!

If you have ANY thing from the costume closet we need it back NOW! There are 2 pairs of black  joggers missing, a ballet dress, and lots of navy blue hot shorts. Also, Mateiah is missing her WDC sweats, so everyone please look through your things for those.

Last thing, Chelsea needs a baby picture for the slideshow from each of us either emailed to her or brought in to be scanned DUE FRIDAY. Please make sure you get this done.

We will be checking up on posters tomorrow as well. 

Brecca, Kenzie, and Taylor's piece is tomorrow after school, Kenna's is on Thursday. Please be prepared and on time! We'll see you in the morning!

CONCERT MONTH

WDC-

I hope you had a wonderful spring break my dear friends! It is time to get back in the studio and get to work!! Our concert is in 16 DAYS!

So, on to business.
1) Your posters MUST be hung up by tomorrow after school, no exceptions!
2) Tomorrow class starts at 7:15 sharp! Hair up, ready to go.
3) No one is allowed to miss practices OR leave practices early until concert. We have been more        than lenient, but with our concert so close it is no longer acceptable, so please don't ask. This is our last opportunity to clean before tech rehearsal.
4) I need everyone to start bringing their $6 to me to go towards you-know-what. The surprise for Chelsea. Speaking of, someone please remind me to elaborate on this tomorrow.
5) Here is the practice schedule for this week:

Monday: 7:15 am - Everyone

WE will also be assigning secret buddies for concert on Saturday so you have plenty of time to get those together. Brecca please also remind me to talk about Vista, Frontier, and Blackridge Elementary.

3/27 Assembly

Hi you guys!!

Tomorrow we have the assembly for the middle schools. We are meeting in the dance studio at 7:15 AM sharp with hair and make up TOTALLY done! We need to get costumes on and be down in the auditorium by 7:25. DO NOT be late. They are expecting us to run the piece. We will then come back to the studio to work on Bailey's/Jauntae's, so please review those.

Ladies: You need to bring whatever goes under your costumes. Blue or black hot shorts. A dance bra that will not show.
HAIR: Half up either straight or curly. It must BE done!! Either straight or curly, we need to look nice.
MAKE UP: Stage make up with browns. Eyelashes. Lipstick. Bring whatever you'll need for touch up.

Gentlemen: You need to bring spandex shorts to go under your joggers.

Would some one also remind me to talk about T shirts tomorrow please?

STATE Festival

Hello My Darling Dance Company,

Tomorrow is a HUGE day. Please read through this post carefully. These things are not suggestions. Make sure you take things seriously please.

Here is the Packing List:

Dress:

• REQUIRED 
• WDC Tank Top
• WDC Blue Shorts (Girls)
• WDC Sweatpants
• WDC Sweatshirt
• WDC Shoes, or tennishoes for Hip Hop
• Ballet Shoes, Tap Shoes, socks, etc. 
• Not required, but if you'd like to bring them you can.
• What ever other clothing items you think you'll need for class.
• Maybe bring something warm, it's going to be chilly on the bus.

Food:

• LOTS of water
• LOTS of Healthy Snacks
• It's going to be a really long day. You'll need lots of sustenance. ;)
• Money for lunch, or a lunch
• There will be time to buy lunch there. I'm not sure what choices you'll have.
• A NICE breakfast for your buddy! Talk to them, find out what they'd like, take care of them. Also, please write them a little note to go with their breakfast.

Costuming:

• BLACK under armor shorts for under your pants
• NO WHITE

GIRLS:

• Nude Bra
• Blue Shorts
• Whatever you've got for underneath cello

We can help with hair on the bus if needed. Be super kind to Lehi! Don't forget your breakfast and note for your buddy. Please call me if you need anything at all! hi everybody! We are meeting tomorrow morning at 7 AM in the auditorium with your hair done. The picture for that is posted below. Part it on the left side with a low straight pony tail on the right. It's twists all the way down both sides. Don't worry about make up. Girls, we are going to try on the cello costumes. Do you all need to bring a nude or white padded bra, and some kind of nylon cut off or dance shorts to wear underneath. I think that's it for now! Text me if you have any questions.

FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH

Hi guys, class will start at 7:15 AM tomorrow morning. Remember your permission slip packets are due first thing! Also, we are distributing Valentines… So don't forget to bring yours. In light of recent events, I'm going to be performing my Sterling Scholar solo in the assembly. Cheer loud! We will be having practice for cello piece tomorrow from 245 to 345 after school.
